Touareg coding of components?

I have a '04 Touareg and a laptop VAG-COM to the obdII plug. After having it repaired here in China (Front end acc.) I have multiple probs.

Replaced the ECU, and airbags and I think that there's something to do like recode the system or something. When you replace a component do you have to recode the software? If so, how? My laptop sez it has the capability but here in LaLa land I can't get the info to code...... (whatz up?) :banghead:

Upon clearing codes (After noting them) and a secondary test drive, I "auto-scanned" it again. Here's what I came up with...
