Whats up guys! Alright, i got a 95 prelude si 2.3. I just got done putting my car back together. I took the head off and sent it to be redone. Got it back, put everything back together with new gaskets of course. Now when i start it up or if im idleing at a light or something and give it a little gas, white smoke comes out of my exaust. I have changed and checked my oil, checked my antifreeze and see no evidance of anything. I thought since the car was sitting for almost 3 years it could be a fuel problem so i added some seafoam to the gas tank, but no change. So now im wondering what i should do. I really dont want to pull the head back off cause its a biatch. So let me know if you can help. Thanks guys

How bad is the smoke. When I had an H23A still I'd get white smoke too on cooler mornings. In dry sunny weather it was nonapparent. When I swapped in the H22A the case was the same; I concluded that it was nothing inherently wrong with either of the blocks, but just a natural reaction.

its not too bad, it may smoke for about 2 seconds then it stops. I think i might try using some motor flush since its been sitting for 3 years, hopefully that will work

If it is a sticking ring the motor flush may help. If it is oil getting by a valve guide then the flush could make it worse, but that may give a clue to where it's coming from. Three kinds of white smoke- water vapor will dissipate or evaporate in the air, anti-freeze/water will be white and hang in the air longer, and oil smoke stays longer and does not evaporate.
