If I remember right, I ran mine along with a brake line or the power steering. Either way, you need to run it through an existing hole in the firewall. No easy way to do it.

I've gotta run 4 gauge and i was looking for a hole to run it through... i saw the hole you're talking about, but i couldn't find the other side of it... is it very accessible?? i pushed a screwdriver through there but i couldn't see it coming through the other side, and as far as i can tell, it's gotta exit underneath the master cylinder.

maybe i'm just getting frustrated, but i can't tell where that hole goes

run your cable from the engine compartment to passenger door there is a small opening that it can fit by the door hinge there is a rubber plug that get you in the car then run it under your door trim inside when you get to the back sit run it to the trunk did it on my 02 concorde
