a few problems with 92 525i please Help!

Ok, so i am selling my 92 525i and there seem to be a few problems. First off when shifting gears, right after i engage there is a stuter, just till i get it a little higher rpm and get it going. (i am thinking needing new spark plugs and/or wires). Also whenever i start up the car it makes a squeeling noise, then stops (maybe radiator fan?) Finally, sometimes it won't start for a couple of times. It won't turn over or anything, i have to go all the way back and then try it again, this can take up to 5 times, but it always starts, other times the car performs perfectly. There is no check engine light on at the moment, it was on awhile ago and then went off. Any help would be appreciated..tryin to get this stuff done myself and soon. Thanks
