Still need help with EF9 lighting wiring

I just installed a JDM EF9 front end on my 91 Si. Ok, I know I have the right set of headlight bulbs, (I bought a set of 702k Polargs), but I cant seem to figure out the way to wire them properly. My headlights are to dim right now, so Im driving with my high beams (which look more like the low beams). Also how can I adjust them. Since one of them throws the beam really low. Please help me.
