Taking Apart Dash

OK I did some searching and couldn't really find anything on this. I need to take out the plastic part of the dash around my vents and gauges to replace/fix lights. Its in a 92 LS so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also does any one know why my first two dots on the a/c switch don't work, I cant' get air to blow on those two only the last two dots.
