I want to get a Profile AP1200:
* Peak Output Power(4 Ohms)-400W x 2
* RMS Output Power(4 Ohms)-200W x 2
* Peak Output Power(2 Ohms)-600W x 2
* RMS Output Power(2 Ohms)-300W x 2
* Bridged RMS Output Power(4 Ohms)-600W x 1
* MOSFET Power Supply-Yes dual
* Total Harmonic Distortion-<0.05%
* Signal/Noise Ratio-103 dB
* High/Low Level Converter(Male RCA)-Yes
* Pre-Amp(RCA) Outputs-Yes
* Variable Bass Boost@45Hz-0-12 dB
* 12dB/Octave Crossover-HP/Full/LP
* Variable LP Crossover Frequemcy-50 - 250 Hz
* Variable HP Crossover Frequency-80 Hz -1.2 kHz
* Bass Level Remote Control(16.4 ft)
* Fuse(s)-3 X25A
* Dimensions - 2"H x 10 1/4"D x 15 1/4"W
* Power/Speaker Terminal Size(Gauge)4/6
ive got a DVC 2 ohm sub right now, so it wouldnt be a problem, but i want to get a Lethal Injection in the coming future, which is DVC 4 ohm. how would i hook this up? i was thinking since low pass is mono, then both channels would get the same signal, so shouldnt i be able to hook each channelup to each voice coil? ive never seen this topic breached, and i dont know enough about the inner workings of the woofer to complete comprehend this.

something about those specs doesn't add up ... ohhh never mind, you listed peak followed by RMS. to get max power from this amp, you need a 4 ohm sub (or a dual 2 ohm wired in series) because it is only 2 ohm stable (4 ohm mono).

Yes you could wire each channel to each coil individually, or you could wire the sub in series and bridge the amp. Either way you'd get 400rms going to the sub.
