I believe www.fastbrakes.com makes a big-brake/rear-disc conversion kit for the 4th generation Si. You might look there. I know I've seen a tutorial somewhere that talks about how to do it yourself. Try looking at www.4thgenerationcivic.com for links to it. Lots of places sell a big-brake conversion for the front, but it is hard to find anything to upgrade the rear drums. If you can't find something, I recommend taking it to your local performance shop and having them do a custom big-brake/rear-disc conversion. It can cost quite a bit, with a single drilled or slotted rotor going for more than $50, then you need calipers, pads, lines, etc. Not to mention the equipment needed to convert your drum handbrake to a disc handbrake. Sorry I go off on it, but I've been doing research since I got my '91 LX, and I haven't found much.
