chrysler Lhs dosen't start need help !!!!

i got this car about 3 weeks ago has about 140 mi on it 3.5 litre
came home shut off the car and about one hour it wouldnt start and hasen't since
there dosen't apear to be any spark and i checked the codes and i got 32 which i thimk is egr systen failer or egr solenoid the solenoid looks new but i gess that dosen't mean anything but i replaced the battery before i checked the codes may be this erased some of them
queston;would the egr thing shut down the whole system ?can i check these sensors or bypass them? i seen in the fourms cam , crank sensors and coil packs or should i just start replaceing parts till it go's/
any advice on what i could do or check would be greatly apreciated

No the EGR Solenoid/Sensor will not shut the car down, it should still run but the check engine light will be on. I would think the crank or cam sensors are working or the PCM would have codes for them if they went awry. First thing I would check is the Ignition Fuse in the Power distribution Box and make sure it is not blown and also look for any connector on the engine that might of came unplugged. If all still looks ok then get yourself a Haynes manual for the car and go through the troubleshooting for no start conditions. You could have a wiring problem, bad Ignition Switch, bad Coil Pack, faulty ASD Relay, PCM, even possibly a bad Timing Belt.

thanks for the help i checked the belt pulled backed cover it looks good and tight can't tell if it had jumped i also checked power to coil pack there is none!!

don't just start replacing parts blindly hoping to fix the problem. Get yourself a manual from Haynes or Chilton and diagnose the problem properly. Fixing it blindly is only costly and will frustrate you. Check out your coil pack, plugs, wires, cam & crank sensors and the PCM itself and determine from there what the culprit is.

i have a very similar issue with my 94 lhs. Listen for the fuel pump to kick on before you try to start it. I just replaced the crank sensor and the fuel pump to no avail. Im thinking the computers in these mechanical marvels of engineering are the problem. In a week or so I'm sure I'll know for sure.
