just give it a good tug, it'll pop right off.

just kidding! take off the door panel and you should be able to unbolt it. Why do you need it off?

He probably had his car broken into by some thug, like the one that broke my quarter window out to open the doors. That particular window, is the most expensive window in the whole car!!! The window comes with all the rubber molding and frame as part of the glass. You can not just replace the glass! I got price quotes from about ten glass companies ranging from $300.00 to $750.00 to replace mine. I went to the local bone yard and purchased one for $50.00 and installed it myself in less than hour.

You do not need to remove the door panel. On the inside of the quarter window you will see a brushed aluminum piece (black) between the quarter window and the door window. Take a small screwdriver and pop it off of the vertical brace. You will see three screws holding the quarter window frame in place. There may be a screw holding the end of the rubber molding to the door also. The rest of the rubber molding is held on by double stick tape. Use a plastic putty knife to slide between the tape and the door to loosen as you pull up on the molding. When you have all the rubber molding loose, slide the quarter window up and out of the door. Replace in reverse order. I used black silicone to secure the molding when I put it back on since I had a used unit and the tape would not come off of the rubber.

Another job well done, with the aid of a six pack!!

I should read the post, I thought he was trying to remove the mirror. Thats what I get for being in a hurry.

Hot Z28 is right though, I'd have said that if I'd read the post properly.
