Installing GC Coilovers on KYB AGX shocks, major problems, please help!!!

I am putting a set of GC coilovers on KYB AGX and im running into some major problems. I have some questions:
1.) I ordered GC top mounts for the front so i had to get the springs 1" longer, is this correct becuase it seems that when i put the shox together the spring is already loaded?
2.) Are the GC coilovers suppose to come with the rubber o rings that go inside of the purch to keep it from turning when adjusting height?
3.) Is the washer that comes with the coilovers that the perch sits on suppose to rest on the actual spring perch on therear AGX shock or is it suppose to sit right above it on the taperd section of the rear shocks.
Please, if you can help please do so, and if you know of a write up on this please post it cause ive searched.
