Thanks guys its the first one I've done in a few months so its a little rough, plus I havent really used different utensils for drawing, the charger was all done with a generic #2 pencil. For a smoother look what kind of pencil do any of you suggest I use?

For color rendering, go with Prismacolor. Sure, they're expensive, but well worth it. As for drawing, I'd say lookin into drafting pencils. They have a wide range of lead weight, so you don't have to worry about the lightness/darkness being even as much.

Hey man, nice drawing! Try to get some darker tones and shadow areas in there for more contrast. To get smoother results, get some smoother paper and pick up some blending stumps. You can also use tissues, toilet paper or q-tips as a cheaper (but effective) alternative.
