adding keyless entry to 98 legacy

I just purchased a 1998 Legacy L, and wish to install keyless entry. Anybody know if there is an OEM kit available for this purpose? I have scoured the internet but cannot find a kit for anything older then 2000...

If not, anybody try an aftermarket kit? If so, which ones worked best and how was the install?

You may already have it on your car and just don't have the remotes. If you call Subaru @ 1-800 SUBARU3 with your VIN number, they can tell you if it was installed on your car at the factory. If not, you can add it. Call your local parts department and ask for the keyless entry or alarm upgrade kit.
