need help i have high vibration at 4k

Ok i have a b18b1, thats turbocharged running 7.25 psi 5 spd.I just got it back from the shop drove great for about 2 days Now as I accelerate when i get to 4k rpms its got really really high vibration is this on the bottom end of the motor or top? really appreciate any help thanks
