There is no law about operating a ham radio or CB radio while driving, at least in my state (Im not going to argue about others, because im not 100%). And 666, I wasn't talking about any other way but radar. If I see a cop pulling out of his hiding place, I immediatly put on my seat belt if its not on and slow to the speed limit. If I see a car speeding up to catch me, smae thing. Also, at least in the state of ohio, you have the pace the car for 1 mile.

Whats fun is pacing the cops tho :D

From what I have observed both home in NH and when traveling in other states, some things are very different. It seems here if you are 10mph or less over the limit they don't even bother you unless road conditions warrant it, and in Maine and in Mass its about the same. I think I've seen 3 vermont state troopers in all the trips I've made to killington, so I can't say much about them. As for the debate between radar and laser, laser is much more accurate, but radar is more versitale. One thing I have noticed is some of the places they hide when they are looking for speeders. Anyone out there know if there are any rules about that?
