I am setting up from scratch an F22A1 engine in a 1991 Honda Accord.I need to know the complete procedure in getting the timing and everything set up.When I recieved the engine the camshaft and balance shaft belts were gone, idlers out of wack,,you know the story,,,the motor is ok ,, no bent valves etc.,,kind of a rebuild situation that lost interest.I have a Haynes book that shows lining up timing marks ,TDC etc. just for replacing the belts and stuff ,not really a from scratch procedure could someone help me out here I sure would appreciate it!

haynes covers the timing belt, camshafts, and ignition procedures. it also has the diagram and specs you need. reread it, follow there procedures and specs, and you will be fine.
