The lawsuit seeks to have the 7 year warranty extended to all affected vehicles. The Court will hold a final fairness hearing on October 7,2005. Here is a web site for the settlement.
Chamberlan v. Ford Settlement Administration website (http://www.fordmanifoldsettlement.com/index.html) I did a google and found several news articles that listed the above site. ( Reimbursement Ahead For Ford Drivers?) (http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/story?section=7on_your_side&id=3316673) There is also a toll free number (888)826-3047.

I got the notice by mail. I had my manifold replaced 2 years ago and have all the parts and receipts, towing, etc. The settlement site spells it all out clearly.

I had to replace my manifold twice on 96 GM. Once in 2000 and again in this year. In 2000 they replaced with the same type that failed. I wonder if they will reinburse for both failures.

Im figuring that this doesn't cover 94' cars? Cause they really need to do some fixing to the the intake on my car.
