i have 94 eclipse fwd sohc n/t. I bought the car from some
tourists fromalaska when they were down here the motor gave out
and started smoking and leaking coolant i picked it up for 500 bucks
they didnt want to get it fixed. Bought the same motor off of ebay and put it in it runs great no problems. my question is this a friend oF
mine gave me his 90dohc laser turbo with an intercooler. its totaled in the back but the motor runs great. Is it fesable to swap in the turbo motor or can i turbo my motor im not sure wich direction to go .

Don't turbo the 1.8 and tell your friend he's retarded for GIVING away his engine.

yeeeeaahhhhh......... WHY did he just GIVE his engine away???? that was a dumb move lol. He could have gotten a few hundred out of it at least!

Lol, stupid move, but it got you a great deal! I would sell the 1.8 and buy another 90-91 with a blown motor and make one running car and one parts car.
