ZX3 electrical problems

My battery went bad recently and corroded alot of the electrical wiring going to the fuse box. I replaced the battery and cables but now the only things that refuse to operate are the heater blower, front and rear windshield wipers, and power windows. There is one large relay in the passenger fuse panel that supplies power to the windshield wipers #17, the owner's manual states that 18 and 19 may be intergrated into the 17 fuse relay. Are there any relays that are listed in the owner's manual that do more than what is indicated on the manual diagrams? I need my a/c and if it rains I'm going to get wet since the windows don't work! :lol2:

Forgot one more question. I also had to punch the release button in the hole to disengage the parking brake to put my car in neutral to allow for towing. What do I need to do so that I don't have to punch this button everytime I need to shift from park to drive? The hand button on the shifter doesn't work anymore. Thanks
