After diconnecting Battery engine runs rough

I did some work on my ignition switch last night and after I was done aned reconnected the battery the engine sputters and runs rough. I've disconnected and reconnected the battery about 6 times waiting atleast 5 minutes in betwwen yet the car still runs rough. It a 99 SE V6. I thought it might have something to do with the computer at disconnecting ad reconnecting he battery might reset it. Any help appriciated.

hmm. how is your air filter, fuel filter, plugs wires etc. maybe try driving it around for awhile to see if the computer will adjust.

I just replaced all of them about 2 months ago. But I'll go out and drive it around a bit and see if it adjusts. Thanks
