subs question

Don't worry I'm not here to ask what the best subs are. Alright I'm gonna get subs probably here in a few weeks or so in my 95 4dr civic, small car. What I want are some subs with nice sound quality with some good power, but they dont have to shatter all my windows if you know what I mean. I've been thinking of JL w3v2's or maybe RE SE's. Which, in your opinions would be a better choice, or any other subs maybe? Also 1 or 2 subs and which size. Just want some opinions, thanks. p.s. I listen to mostly rap and my roof is probably about 400ish maybe a little bit more but I really dont want to drop a ton of $.

you might want to consider just 1 15" and a good sized amp. Both of the brands you listed are good.
