2nd model: TT Tamiya supra....sleeper style

i jux got the kit yesterday............so not much progress on it yet............this is wut i got done so far...............will get more progress later

turbos, turbo manifold, exhaust, rear suspension. primed up the body, started on a veilside intake manifold.................alot more to come

enginework looks cool so far, primer looks a bit thick, but it may be the color.

Nice work and like the engine, you are the first one to like build a new manifold.
Damn, I thought I was the only one how know about the VeilSide intake manifold.

wouldnt be bi turbo as they came with twins stock still a tt supra just with monster turbos insted of the CT12B's they came with :P

I would never, ever, ever, even think the slightest bit that a toyota supra would ever be a sleeper, even in stock form. Comon, seriously, when is a Supra not going to be fast, when u drop a 4-banger into it?

Whats wrong with a 4 cyl engine?:smile: Some Supras are faster with a 4 cyl than a 6 cyl engine. I'm not kidding!

Very nice engine! Only thing i dont like is the swiss cheese brakes.. still if you like it, its perfectly fine.

The manifold work is outrageous! This model is getting attention to detail in all the right places.

Lots of Supra's being built recently, we all must've got the bug. :evillol:

Looks great. Not to knock your work or anything but to me the cross drilling on the rotors is a little big. And the tubing or piping or w/e on the turbos is a little small compared to the compressor sizing. Just my two penies. The exhaust looks awesome...love the way it exits at an angle!

yea.........i realized that after i finished the first one............so i didnt want to change the size or else it would of looked award.......lol.....yea...i was thinking of making new ones for my new manifolds......lol

got the body painted..........jux need clear........lol......also thinking of making a custom lip with small lip that is unpainted..........

Turning out nice, the red should really set the supra off nice, one thing i think looks a little unrealistic are the size of the holes on the crossed drilled rotors, everything else looks good. Don't forget to polish the body.

uh whats with the headlights i hope they are taped up and not sprayed on and if i could do that turbo setup i would :)

yea.......i regret using big drill bits..........lol......yea the headlites are taped up.....

after such a long long time...i decided to try to get this thing finished!:grinyes: ....ive whipped up a custom cross drilled rotors and yes this time the holes are much smaller....:iceslolan also new wheels too......

Yeah took the words right outta my mouth. I am not trying to bash at all but the whole "sleeper" theme is all about a car that was never fast or intented to be so when you have a powerful motor under the hood nobody saw you coming. A true sports car like the supra cannot EVER be called a sleeper no matter how subtle you make it look, I understand you meaning behind it but I just had to speak my mind on the subject.:nono:

The car is coming along nicely though, good job. though i would never pull up to a supra thinking, ahhh that's slow I'll take him in a minivan, lol.

yea that was when i was dumb....lol.....i would change the title but couldnt...lol..i also know people that would try to beat you!(dumb ones)..lol anyways thanks for the comment...after im done with the chassis and the paint im going to get back at fixing up the single turbo!

uh what fast supra has a 4cly? the top secret 3sgte swapped supra only makes 800hp and like 650tq there are daily driven street supras with that and that topsecret car is strickly for gt races because the limit on the engine size is like 2.3 litres or something.
