window guide loose

the windows on my teg kinda rattle if they are halfway up and i am driving over a rough road or i shut the door. i think it is the window guide pin that has come loose. does anyone know how to tighten it or is it something else?

well if its the guide pin, remove the panel and the weather screen plastic and roll the window down till the regulator shows through the big opening in the door, the screw should be right there to tighten.
