Electrical Schematic for 89 Riviera

My dad has a 1989 6 cyl. 231 3.8 FI, and keeps blowing fuses at # 5 (cps) in the fuse block, Is it possible to get a schematic from anyone please? Thank You.

the haynes series has a manual that covers the 1986-91 riviera (along with toronado and seville) and they include a reasonably acurate, but somewhat generic wiring schematic for each individual riviera year in the appendix.

you can also order a copy of the GM microfilm service documentation for your specific vehicle, but it may cost several hundred dollars.

fortunately, my local buick dealer has graciously made a copy of a few of his microfilm pages for me when i needed greater detail on unique individual circuits.

some circuits actually changed several times within a model year, such as my automatic level control system, which i converted to a 'manual level control' system when the long out of stock $480 sensor failed recently.
