Couple of days ago I started a new project... as if I did not have too many already. It's a Tamiya Supra which I am building with Veilside side skirts and a Boomex lip.
I have only been working with the car for one week and I am happy because I have achieved allot for being me. I have not applied any putty yet... I am going to build up everything with styrene before I start putting on putty. Well enough talking.. Lets se some pictures.

Thanks for all the coments guys!

WideBody-7 : Yes it's supose to be light gun metal I think. With black rims with chrome lip.

D_LaMz : Yes I have.. but I am to lazy to make the beautifull Veilside front.. :P so I make a mutch more simple front.. but i promise it's going to looks sweet.

g00eY : Yes it's all plastic ;)

Progress will come son as possible.

Thanks for all your replays and sorry for not answering them earlier.
I wan to use the five spook rims in the photos but I only have 3 of them and that sucks. I have tried to order them from HLJ but they cant deliver them :S

This is a slow project but I am getting there. Made two hood vents, did also make a new rear end. If you look behind the rear wheel you can see that there is an edge starting right behind the wheel and joins the original rear urther back, hard to se in the photo though.

Keep it comin buddy, looking great. Hood vents look stellar, so does the "edge" on the rear bumper.

Now get your ass off the puter and start buildin sumthin!

Guys and girls I need opinions about my engine... do I need bigger turbos or should I go with these? Do they look good enough?

My rear wheel setup.. the length of the axle is stock. And it fits like a dream what more can i ask for?

Looking good!

I think the turbo size is pretty much spot on; bigger turbos would make more power, but also more turbo lag. You could also do a big one and a small one, to reduce the lag...

I probably should not be looking at this, I have not had any time lately to work on any of my projects and this does not help. It's looking great and makes me wanna make some time again but damn it seems impossible for me right now.

Killer progress, I really like it. IMO I am a fan of the single turbo conversion so that is what I would suggest, I have a pic of my back burner Supra I did like this and you can compare to yours to see which way you would like to go.:)

Well.. I have thought of the single turbo. But for a street car I believe the double turbo are more useful. Besides I have taken the inspiration for double turbo from Twinsturbo (http://www.twinsturbo.com/project_cars/) project car. Tanks for your opinion.

Well at last some progress. I redesigned the front end
a bit.. The old one was not enough streamlined. And it
would actually have reduced the speed capabilities. So
the bottom part of the air inlet have been cutaway and
levelled with the spoiler. The rear has also been modified.
The original Supra wing and the bodywork underneath the
wing on the hatch, have been modified to give more down
force than original, hard to se in the pics though.
I have also bought a Sard Supra witch I am going to take
the interior from. But of curse it will be a more original
looking interior than the full racing one.

And also, your engine pictures are not showing up for me.
