I want to upgrade my engine to something better what do you guys suggest if I have a non turbo. I thought about getting a 3.5 and I also considered the turbo swap, but what else could I use that would be worth the effort and time.

Um, if you are asking this question, I'm gonna go ahead and say, the 3.5L swap is out of your range of options. Now you say you want to upgrade your engine...you are going to have to more specific. Judging by your post, I'm guessing you want more power...not a new engine. In which case there are plenty of ways to go about that.
I suggest you read the FAQ, specifically the NA upgrade bible, the TT-conversion, and the section on superchargers.

how about the 3.8 from the new Eclipse? its the same engine we have but bigger! actually I dont know if it is a 6G72 or not but it should fit. just need to weld new mounts for the motormounts. and by next year there will be turbo kits for it so you can have a 3.8 DOHC TT pushing over 350 hp!

Yeah, the 3.8 will fit fine........................even though it sits on the opposite side of the engine bay.
Now for some real advice. These arent like honda's. Motor swaps just arent avalible without a lot of fabrication. What you want is more power, so TT kit, or SC.

So where can I get a real supercharger that would fit not one of those electric setup and I was wondering why not the 3.5 they are always selling those on Ebay and they claim its a direct fit using exactly what we have now.

The 3.5 is not a dirrect fit.
You could buy the stock turbo parts from a TT car, or www.rippmods.com has supercharger kits.

Yeah there are actually two different 440 3/s's around if I remember right. But both of those guys had to cut into the firewall and make modifications to make everything fit.
