94 Bonneville Stalling

OK, I have a 94 Bonneville 3.8. I keep getting codes in the PCM for intermittent cam signal(P0341) and occassionally (P0361) a CKP code, and an ETM code. I have read tons of posts on the crank sensors malfunctioning so I tried replacing it and much to my suprise it didn't fix my problem. I also replaced the cam sensor and negative battery cable because of corrrosion. It doesn't matter whether or not the car is cold or hot. It will sometimes sputter of the line like it is gonna stall or just plain out stall at a stop, or just not start at all. When it doesn't start I have spark and fuel, but no injector pulse from the PCM. So far I have cleaned the ground terminals on each fenderwall, under the ICM. I have Ohm out the wiring from the CPS and CKP sensors to the ICM and from the ICM to the PCM and they are all good. Also what is very strange is that the ABS pump actually starts to pump when the key is in the on position engine off, but also does it with engine running. When I hear the ABS pump going I also get a clicking from the injectors. Which leads me to believe that there is a grounding problem in the system somewhere. Does anyone know if a grounding point that the ECM or ICM share with the ABS control module? I have also checked the magnet on the camshaft to make sure it was there and complete. The damper is in good shape and is not rusted nor bent. If anyone has and suggestions let me know. I'm losin lots of sleep over this car. Thanks, Steve
