If you guys can make heads or tail of these I'd be real interested to know. cause the idiots at advance couldn't give me any answers.

Your random/multiple cylinder misfire could be caused by many things... Bad spark plug, bad wire(s), bad/dirty dist cap , bad or loose rotor, bad/dirty gasoline and filter. these are some of the obvious things to look at first GirlBear. Good Luck :2cents:

Listen to me.
How many miles on your truck?
You passenger side O2 sensor is defective and needs to be changed. That is the only one showing a code.
Also with the Misfire code, you probably need a tuneup including:
Fuel filter
Spark plugs AC Delco Platinum only
Cap & Rotor
Air Filter
PCV Valve
