Your random/multiple cylinder misfire could be caused by many things... Bad spark plug, bad wire(s), bad/dirty dist cap , bad or loose rotor, bad/dirty gasoline and filter. these are some of the obvious things to look at first GirlBear. Good Luck :2cents:

Girlbear,

Listen to me.

How many miles on your truck?

You passenger side O2 sensor is defective and needs to be changed. That is the only one showing a code.

Also with the Misfire code, you probably need a tuneup including:

Fuel filter
Spark plugs AC Delco Platinum only
Cap & Rotor
Air Filter
PCV Valve
