CEL flashes 1, 2, 5, 5????????????????

i have a 95 eagle talon esi 2.0 automatic. Ive replaced the valve cover gasket and o-rings, new plugs (NGK Iridium IX) wires still look pretty new and im in the process of redoing the suspension so the car sits on 4 jack stands , also i dont have an OBD-I scanner and apparently cant find one(tried advance auto, auto zone, napa, pep boys, no one has them or there are no more left) anyways, i did what the manual said to do to check the codes by using the ignition and the CEL flashes once,pause twice pause 5 times pause then 5 times and thats it. for the life of me i cannot find out what this code is or if its multiple codes or what. please help

If I remember correctly you should have 2 codes there. 12 is your CEL and 55 is letting you know "end of codes".

Search around, I know I have seen the individual codes posted on here before.
