'94 grand am - Problem with car stalling

the car stalls after it rains, the engine light doesn't come on, after like 10 minutes of waiting we start it up and it runs fine

Welcome Nick4296. sounds like you hav a short somewhere. I'd look under the car and see if anythings out of place. Check the starter wires, they could be loose. But it could be an ignition issue.
