which would be a better exhuast set up to go with?
i have a 3.2 v6. should i run from both exhaust manifolds to a single pipe into a single muffler with dual exhaust pipes coming out--exiting on each side?
or
should i run two seperate pipes (plus an h pipe and matching cats) back to 2 seperate mufflers with a single pipe coming out of each?
what about the sensors around the catalytic conv? what can i do with them?

If you just want the look of dual exhaust, do a single pipe, single muffler w/ dual pipes. If you want a sweet sound, get a Flowmaster 50 series. If you have a under car mount spare, you might have some issues w/ routing the pipes too.

One sounds great on my car. I have a 3" in and 3" out, though they used pipe reducers so I didnt need to get repiped( i figured if im paying for anything it'll be mandrel bent). anyways with the single 50, it just has a sweet tone that isn't as deep as a v8, but doesnt whine. if you really want to hear it, PM me and we'll figure a way for you to

Not sure what year you have but I put a 50 searies flowmaster on my 97 a few months back (dual 2.25in and dual 2.25 out). The way the crossbrace is set up on the passenger side of the 3.2L makes it almost impossible to get the pipes over there. Much eaiser with only one muffler to do the work of two.
Also, if you use this muffler, you can scrap the crossover.

good choice. I have the same set up as megavolt and now that I added the K&N ram air set up, it sounds mean at 4000 rpms.

I haven't been under my Rodeo in a while, but if I remember correctly, there really isn't any space under the truck for two mufflers.

yeah, i wasn't sure either. i search around on the net looking a photos of other trucks and get wild ideas in my head. asking around in here is a wonderful thing to do before i run to the auto parts store. so basically this forum makes life a little cheaper.

I'm running the 50 series Delta Flow. I never heard of the Suv performance. I imagine it sounds like mine, a nice low rumble only quieter. Depends on how much sound you want.

I have a 50 series delta flow. I went to a local muffler shop kinda in the ghetto and paid 160 for a muffler and installation
