lifter noise on 1992 1.6L afe model

I had a blown head cylinder gasket . I did a gasket change and did not gring valves or change valve stem seals. When I started up the vehicle it had a slight lifter noise . I marked lifter by lifter and bolt for bolt and everything is exactly where it was .I checked my valve clearances and cylinder 3 is at max on intake and exhaust. Intake .0010" and exhaust .0012 ". All the others are within spec. When I start up the vehicle it is as quiet as can be but becomes noisy when it gets to normal operational temperature.I have take the cams off and checked everything and re-installed them . Could this noise actually be the lifters that are at the high end of the spec? There is no noticable change in performance, runs great.help please.
