OK my 92 Lumins is overheating, its not the waterpump or the thermostat.
Neither of the radiator fans are turning, and I can feel by sqeezing the radiator hoses that no water is leaving the radiator like It should, i.e. going to the water pump and engine.(Was curiuos to know if my radiator was clogged or warped, would the fans still turn?)If yall have any suggestins let me know.

I know you said it's not the thermostat, but don't rule it out unless you've recently changed it. The thermostat actually blocks the flow of coolant until the coolant reaches a certain temperature, therefore, you wouldn't feel coolant leaving the radiator if the thermostat was still closed.
Also, check your fan relays. If the relays are good, check the fans themselves: run a jumper wire between relay hole 30 and 87, the respective fan for that relay should come on.
Also, the fans are of course controlled by coolant temp. If your coolant temp sensor (the one in the lower intake manifold, behind the rear head) is faulty, it may never give a hot enough reading for the ecm to energize the fan relays.

Well, its not the water pump, coolant sensnor or the thermostat because I have recently replaced these.

When you replaced the components, did you bleed your coolant system? A trapped air pocket could cause a false reading at the coolant temp sensor and not allow the fans to come on.

Yes the coolant system was bled.

Well, that only leaves you with a couple of possibilties. You can elimiate two of them by entering diagnostic mode. When you do that at least one of the fans should come on, verifying that at least the fan motor works, and that the relay for that fan is good.

hey you lost me on entering into diagnostc mode, please explain. And I forgot my engine is a 3.1, not a 3.4

To enter diagnostic mode: There is an ALDL (assembly line diagnostic link) plug below and to the right of the steering wheel (just a little black connector). If you take a wire or a paper clip and use it as a jumper to connect the top two spots on the connector to the far right, then turn the key on (don't start the engine), you will enter diagnostic mode.
Your check engine light will begin to flash in a series. first number will be 12. (the light will flash: blink (pause) blink, blink (long pause) it will repeat this three times for any stored codes. 12 should always appear. (it means your system is normal) your fans should also come on...

I think my radiator is clogged, gonna take it out and see, only thing that sucks is I never figured out how to disconnect the battery leads, seeing how the batery is under the winsheild wiper resvior and next to the ac filter, which sucks, Ive never seen a car with a battery so hard to get to.

Once you remove the underhood cross brace and washer pump reservoir, the battery is right there. Not the best design, but not impossible either.
