The other day my ac stopped working and I took it into a shop and was told that the low side was reading in the 100’s. The compressor kicks on, but it will not cycle. The fan doesn't come on either. I have checked both fans and they work. Is the fan supposed to come on when you turn on the AC?

sum 1 here may know more but i had tis prob with my gp i blew a relay
