96 GMC 1500 won't start when cold

My truck won't start when its cold or wet.If i blow warm air in the area of the distributer it 'll start. I changed the cap and rotor. also it has a new fuel pump. Any idea?

Sounds like you are getting moisture inside the cap. Check the seal of your distributor cap and try to seal it. I thought that only happened on the old Pontiacs!! Ha!
