Uhh.. first start out with the basics which would be cold air intake, headers, better exhaust. If you got some more then i'd say get a new posi rear end.

95... is it a 3.4 or 3.8? And what are your RPO codes, do you have a y87?

i think 95 is 3.4, im almost 100% sure on that, but grab u a cold air intake..slp makes it or u can make it, headers are always good, see if u can find a decent cam for it and u should be ok. the 3.4 i havent found much for that engine at all, but if u ever want to find u a 3.8 for it give me a holla cause im swaping mines out for an ls1 this month.

yeah, a 95 could be a 3.4L or a 3.8L. As for having posi already unless it has the Y87 upgrade it has an open diff.
For starters on Mods I would say intake, Cat-back exhaust, maybe headers, shiftkit, Limited slip diff. , plugs and wires, and computer tuning. That should be enough to keep you working hard to pay for it all.

All the mods the other guys suggested would do ya good. What would really help you out also would be the LS1 aluminum driveshaft that you can get from John (aka FormulaLT1). It really helps give you back some of that drivetrain loss from your 2 piece steel driveshaft. Also, I'm assuming you have the 3.4L. If your up for some ideas, you can check out my cardomain site and look what I've done to mine. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/696690

EDIT: btw, here's a good site to get some mods for your car

You can, but it wouldn't be worth it. If your going to put money into a forced induction setup, then you'd benefit more from a single or twin turbo setup. But before you even think about that, your going to want to build the engine up first to withstand the added power. The 3.4's are designed for economy purposes, so there's really no performance in them at all.
