reverse glow gauges, and LED tail lights

I search for those reverse gauges, and as you see in the picture with them lit up is there anyway to get rid of that ugly ring of light around the needles on the two main gauges (speedo & tach)???

And do they make LED tail lights for my 92 eagle talon, i believe its a long shot but those would be pretty neat. I believe it would be the whole pannel of lights wouldn't it?

And what am I looking to spend on a set of Head lights that are projector type?

Only thing I can help ya with is the EL glow guages... there are a few different types... some that you can change multiple parts as for brightness and color... some are basic and you can only change the color and brightness overall..
A friend of mine has them for his 2001 GTP and he can adjust the numbers separately from the "inner ring"... My old ones in my busted spyder were EBAY cheapies... could only change color from green to blue and the overall brightness....
