front window all jacked up

hey anone know how to ix a window that has come off the motor mechanisim i have placed it back on but the adhessive that secured i dont what it is to replace it any ideas or is it best just to go to a glass shop also the rubber around the windows are warped towards the front of the both front windows any idea where those can be bought or replced? thanks
