no fire

we changed the computer and have power to everything but coil and ingition system it is not firing at all but will turn over I was told there has been a recall on a cloack spring I have not found out anything on it but know there is a recall on the clock spring that sets off the airbag after a while with the light on pleease I have a van that is useless I need some ideals
to fix the piece of junk it is a 3.0 v-6 96 voyager
