Download and read pages BO110-BO115 of the 1994 Camry service and repair manual at the top of this forum for detailed instructions.
No one can tell you how briefly - it is complicated.

It's not too difficult, you just need to know where are the bolts/nuts/clips and how to remove them. A manual should be a good reference for you. Just be careful don't damage the panel while you are trying to remove it.

Huh? I don't know you represent us all. If it's an easy task, why would he ask? Just becasue it's complicated, he needs help. Let those who are willing to help and share their experience post. If you don't feel helping, don't post.
And plesae don't post something like "No one can tell you....", there are thousands of experienced and warmhearted people out there willing to help.

None of them have shown up here - only me. My information in the form of a link to the information he needs is the best information yet posted. Go ahead, take a couple of hours to provide him with the details in writing - that I provided in the above post by reference. Also, you better do it without a typo, or missing a step, describing every drawing in the repair manual accurately, and do it briefly, as he asked and I corrected him.
I've decided my method (that is varying the detail of my response to the situation) is acceptable - unless you prove me wrong by example.
