Clutch Actuator Pipe

Has anyone had their clutch actuator pipe replaced (as per GMs Technical Service Bulletin) in an attempt to reduce the vibration felt in the clutch pedal?

My dealer says it's about $180 CDN in parts and probably 2 hours labour. So, I'm wondering, will it make a significant difference? Looking for opinions from others who might have had this done.
