shaky ride when accelerating

its me again with another problem. lol . this has happened 2 times in the last week............ in the morning i drive my 93 super coupe and it rides fine from gear to gear. but on the way home both times the car got real shaky and the exhaust even sounds different. when i got into 3000 rpms in 2 and 3 gear it didnt shake at much. i got home and put it in nuetral and it skakes and feels different as well as the exhaust. but tomarrow morning my guess would be that it runs fine. i have no clue what it could be. help please.

many possibilities probably tuneup related or 93 had rocker arm prob with some sc cars can make run ruff but too many possibilities to list without more info
