Help my window is fugged

help!! im currently building my impreza wrx STi ( the new gen)
i screwed up on the window by using paint thinner!!! it is all foggy!!!
WHAT should i do!!!.................. use clear blue or smoke??
Also i am using a custiom mesh instead of the plastice grille provide...........is it a good idea??

go for blue if your car is white blue or yellow go for smoke if it is anyother color
and yes a mesh is a good idea but paint everything behind flat black ( and wich grill are you replacing)

Go to an office supply store, buy one of those clear plastic report folders, trace the outline of your window onto a piece of paper, transfer the template onto one of the clear sheets, cut and trim the sheet, and you'll have a new window! It will also be more realistic and better than the plastic kit piece!

Sand and polish?
Start from 2000 grit, all the way up to 8000 or 12000 girt, then use automotive body polish or any type of polishing compound.

I sanded up to 12000 grit, then gave them a coat of Future. Turned out good, but I won't have pics for a little while yet...

when you have the pics post them right away, i'm dying to see the result.
here in Portugal i just have a problem, don't know were to get 12000 girt, all i can get is 1000 girt :(

Go to a beauty supply shop and look for 4-way nail file/buffers. I have one that's blue/red/white/gray and the smoothest grit is just about 12000. :)
