LED Bulb question

I wanted to buy some LED bulbs for my '95 eclipse taillights, but I was wondering if I would need to wire in resistors for these. I know on some cars they make the signals blink faster due to the difference in resistance of the LEDs and normal bulbs. Would this also be the case with the eclipse?
