I have recently had to replace the right cylinder head on my 3.3L engine. I disconnected the battery and all went well, and completed the job in about 8 hours. When I finally got the engine back together I connected the battery, and tried to start it. It turns over fine, sound like there is plenty of compression, but it won't start. There is no spark and no fuel from the injectors. I have a good signal for my distributor, and plenty of fuel pressure. Two relays: autoshutoff relay and fuel relay are not engaging. There seems to be a lack of signal to these two relays. We had it briefly started at one time, but after finding that the fans weren't coming on shut the engine down. While working on the relays we disconnected the battery again and this seems to affect the problem. I have an aftermarket alarm, put in by the dealer and was wondering if that might be causing the problem. Does anyone know anything about alarms or what might be causing this problem. Its frustrating because we had it running for a while.

something keeps tripping your ASD relay, try checking your crank sensor mounted on the back of the motor on the passenger side by the transmission bellhousing, make sure it wasn't damaged in some way or even the wires are ok to the sensor.
