cruise control, shift lock, rad fan problems

three problems all in one day. cruise control wont come on. cruise light stays off and im positive its not setting. i cant shift outa park without using the shift lock button and also my radiator fans dont come on at all. causing the engine temps to rise at a stop. i know there are relays for the fans but i have no clue how to test them. any clues? and i dont see a fuse for the CC. could any of these three problems be tied into one?

any insight would be great. i wont be able to check these things til thursday.
