ABS EBCM 1996 Cutlass Supreme

It's never ending with this car however, just tonight the ABS lamp came on, I wasn't braking or losing traction, just driving. I stopped the car turned the engine off the on again it went out for about 30 seconds came back on.

I got back into to my driveway and the brakes were clicking (pedal) as if the engine had been started via the remote starter (security thing). I started the car drove it made a left braking turn and then a right braking turn sensor did not come back on.

I have one of those Actron OBD II code readers however, it does not monitor that particuliar device (EBCM).

Which code reader do I need and where does it plug into? The same connector as the OBD II I hope....
