Did anyone see this monstrosity of an award show? I was flipping stations and I caught it for like 2 minutes. WTF?! MTV has sunk so bad since the early 90's its not even funny. I honestly didn't even think they even existed after Beavis and Butthead. haha....BTW, did anyone get shot during this one? Just curious, cuz I heard rumors.

Big shocker there... MTV has been sucking satans pecker for a long long time. Someone should file an injunction to prevent them from using the name music television anymore. can't even remember the last time I saw an actual video on there, let alone a video that was for a decent song.

1999 (I think) when I Disappear (Metallica) was on that one show a few times. They played the St. Anger video once when it premiered too. Not to say those are great songs, but compared to the pure and utter crap on MTV now a days, they're gems.

No worries there, they will play it 700 times over the next 2 months on MTV and MTV2. I'm sure you will be able to check it out.
I did not see the whole thing, just parts, but did MC Hammer perform? Someone told me that today.

You'll find all award shows aim at pure Mainstreem pretty much. There arn't many/any decent band in Mainstreem, so therefore there arn't many, if any, decent clips for them.

It's all the same music, the only thing I fell in love with it was when Coldplay performed....and that's about it.
