Flo Rest Light On Dash

I just replaced the Radiator, Thermostat, Radiator Fan Motor and Head Gasket on my daughter's 93 Geo Storm now she doesn't get any gas to the engine. The dash light up with a message or "Flo Rest". Does anyone have the answer to what this might be pertaining to? Checked gas line and there is no gas getting to engine. Disconected car battery to see if it would reset the computer doesn't work. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
