exhaust manifold

does anybody know an easy way to take out the front exhaust manifold on a 2.8 Liter Fiero. :screwy: :screwy: :banghead: :banghead:

It is easy if the bolts aren't frozen which is not likely.

It is a PITA, but drop the engine/cradle out the bottom and you'll have access to everything.

damn i aint got time to drop the engine with a cradle. the only bolts that i couldnt take out last time was the one near the ac compressor and i didnt have any access to that bolt. thanks though i guess i have to take out my front head to take this exhaust manifold again.

My uncle did it with time and patience....lol...but it wasnt fun!
